This page describes the marketing website only. It is not the subscription contract for Beak LIMS, and it is not a finished privacy notice. Counsel still has to confirm the controller, the legal basis and the retention rules.

What this site asks for

Demo and contact forms ask for a name, a work email, an organisation and an acknowledgement. Country, role, lab type, sites, sample volume, instruments and a message are optional. Do not send patient information.

What happens to a request

The form posts to this site's server. It is delivered only when a confirmed inbox and a transactional email sender are configured. Until then the form says so and does not pretend the message was sent. The legal name of the controller is withheld until it is confirmed.

Cookies and analytics

This version does not load an analytics provider and does not set analytics cookies. A consent choice will be added before any analytics script is introduced.
