HL7 and ASTM
The two protocols most laboratory analyzers speak. Beak LIMS receives messages, matches them to the sample ID and stores the results for review.
Mapping to your tests
Analyzer codes are mapped to the tests in your catalogue during onboarding, so results land in the right place without manual re-entry.
One-way or two-way
Unidirectional connections bring results in. Bidirectional connections also send worklists to the analyzer, where the model and protocol support it.
Qualified, not assumed
Each model, protocol and connection direction is reviewed and tested before go-live. We do not publish a blanket compatibility list.

How many instruments are included?
Starter includes one connection, Standard two and Professional four. Additional connections are $10 per month (unidirectional) or $20 per month (bidirectional).
